Why
I have always had the desire to be at the service of people. My training as H. British Consul and actual assistance work have brought me into close contact with people at important junctures in their lives: moments of joy (weddings, celebrations) and ones of distress and loss (theft/loss of belongings, being arrested, death and assistance regarding funerals).
I feel sure this broad experience has equipped me to be of service to people as a Humanist Celebrant. I performed a wedding ceremony in 2013 at a beautiful setting in Venice and more recently decided to follow a course with Federcelebranti. Here I am today!
I know that ceremonies must be unique, and that the person officiating plays a key role in making them so. I do not aspire to be an entertainer or an actor; rather, a genuine listener and a facilitator who is attentive to the core message of every ceremony. My aim is to help create the content and ritual moments that best reflect your wishes, so that your ceremony exceeds your expectations!
